Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Click the FAQ link open a Frequently Asked Questions page, which lists the answers to common questions orgainized by categories and types.
Searchable Knowledge Base Click the Searchable Knowledge Base link to open a comprehensive knowledge base of issues regarding PIMS. You can browse and search the knowledge base for answers to questions regarding procedures, templates, ID resolution issues, etc.
Help Request Form If you have a question that is not answered in the FAQ list or Knowledge Base, click the Help Request Form link to submit a help request to the PIMS Help Desk. The form lets you provide a detailed description of your issue or question.
Please be sure to complete all fields on the form. This lets us contact you directly, if necessary, and help expedite the support process. This information will also be used to determine what additional training and support services might be needed.
After you submit your help request, you will receive an immediate automated confirmation of your request with a ticket number for future reference.
